🚫 BADDIE CAKES CANCELLATION POLICY

We get it—sometimes even bad gals change their minds.

📦 NON-CUSTOM ORDERS (Cookies, Cake Jars, Mini Cakes)

• 🔄 Pre-Cutoff Cancellations:

  • Cancel before your order’s batch cutoff (e.g., order Sunday → cancel by Wednesday).

  • Thursday- Saturday orders? You get until next Wednesday’s cutoff (grace period, baby).

• 🚨 Post-Cutoff/Shipped Orders:

  • NO REFUNDS once fulfilled (like your ex’s texts, it’s final).

🎂 CUSTOM ORDERS (Deposits & Full Payments)

• 💰 Deposits: Non-refundable—but your credit stays valid for 1 year (use it on anything else).

• 📅 Full Payments: Same as above—no refunds, but credit never expires (like our grudges).

🔥 NO EXCEPTIONS:

• Once your order is baked, shipped, or picked up, it’s a done deal (we don’t do take-backsies).
