ORDER CUT-OFF TIME IS 5PM CST EVERY TUESDAY!!

SHIPPING IS DONE WEEKLY ON WEDNESDAY. 

**ORDER PICK UP IS ONLY AVAILABLE FRIDAY-SATRUDAY IF ORDERED BEFORE CUT-OFF DATE (EMAIL CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT FOR LOCATION)

FLAT RATE SHIPPING (Simple & Predictable)

  • 🍪 Cookies / Cake Jars: $8.95 flat rate (USPS Priority or UPS Ground)
    Why? 

  • 📦 Orders Over $75: FREE shipping (spend more, save more—classic bad-gal math).

📦 ORDER PROCESSING:

  • All orders ship in the order they’re received (no VIP treatment—we’re rebels, not monsters).

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days. During a holiday season allow 1-2 weeks unless otherwise noted. (our cakes need beauty sleep before their journey).

  • Cut-off times: Orders placed by Tuesday 5PM CST will ship that Wednesday( or be available for pickup that Friday-Saturday) (otherwise, they roll to the next batch). **NOT AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOM ORDERS (cakes, cupcakes, cookies)**

SHIPPING IS WEEKLY DONE ON WEDNESDAY. 

  • 🍪 Cookies & Cake Jars: Ships via USPS Priority (2-3 days) or UPS Ground (1-5 days).

  • 🚫 NO SHIPPING for mini cakes/cupcakes/custom cakes (too delicate for the postal rodeo).

  • 📦 Tracking info sent via email (so you can stalk your package like an ex).

❌ NO RUSH SHIPPING:

  • We don’t offer expedited shipping—good things take time.

🌡️ TEMPERATURE WARNING:

  • Summer months (June-August): (we’re not responsible for heat waves) We will do our best to package according to the weather. Additionally Ice Packs can be added for $5. 

LOCAL PICKUP (Houston Only) (Friday/Saturday)

  • FREE (with order confirmation email)

  • Order must be placed during the ordering window for that week. Not available for custom orders. Please email for large order request.

🔙 RETURNS? NOPE.

  • All sales are final. We can not accept any food items back for a return after they leave Baddie Cakes. 

📦 DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?

We treat every package like a VIP backstage pass—but sadly, some carriers treat them like soccer balls.

🚨 WHAT TO DO:

  1. Snap pics of the damage and packaging (we need receipts).

  2. Email us within 24 hours at [help@baddiecakes.com] with your order #.

  3. We’ll send a replacement or refund—no drama.

⚠️ NOTE:

  • No claims after 24 hours (USPS doesn’t honor late to the party).

  • Partial refunds if only some items are damaged (we’re fair, not saints).

🇺🇸 DOMESTIC ONLY:

  • We ship to all 50 states (except PO Boxes—even rebels need addresses).
